Certified Finishes was founded in 2004 by Ralph Shields & David Dendy. Ralph spent 14 years with Shaw Contract Group in Atlanta & Orlando. David’s family is in the textile business in North Georgia. In 2006, Mark Hutto joined the company after 15 years of senior management at Shaw & Blue Ridge. Certified Finishes combines craftsmanship with technology partnering with end users, architects & the mills to meet budgets & provide the best possible solutions for our clients in the Southeast. Our greatest asset is our experience. 100% of our staff has spent over 10 years in the flooring business including carpet, stone, & wood.
City Floors, Inc. – Capitol Heights, MD
City Floors, Inc. was founded 5 years ago this October by Juan Savary, John Kostakos and Diana Mundy and was later joined by Segundo Quinones. City Floors was formed with the purpose of establishing a premiere commercial floor covering provider in the Washington, Maryland and Virginia metro areas

Founded in 2002 by Jens Knudsen and Bruce Burcaw, Independent Contract Flooring serves the tri-state area including Pennsylvania, New Jersey & Delaware. Jens & Bruce bring decades of experience to their company from both the dealer and manufacturer sides of the commercial flooring business.
