Flooring contractors are constantly looking for ways to save time and money in order to meet project deadlines and hopefully come in under budget. Azrock now offers a spray adhesive which reduces installation time by up to 70 percent as well as reduces the complexity of installation. The new adhesive, called Spray Smart, allows quicker turn around and occupancy of the building by eliminating cure time loss. The facility is available for occupancy immediately after the flooring is installed. Spray Smart also is odorless, VOC-free, non-toxic and is contained in 100-percent recyclable containers.

The new SmartPad not only cleans the floors but also polishes the surface using traditional floor pads prepared with billions of microscopic diamonds. Instead of chemical cleaning, SmartPad is a mechanical method reducing the use of cleaner in daily maintenance. SmartPad diminishes the need for cleaning chemicals and greatly reduces the need for periodic floor maintenance, lowering the total cost of floor maintenance.
